ABOUT YOU

• You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians.
• For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is beneficial.
• You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
• Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You are fully conversational in English; other languages will be helpful.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
• Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
• Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
• You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements

ÜBER DICH

• Du liebst die Arbeit mit Kindern, hast bereits private oder berufliche Erfahrung im Umgang mit ihnen und kommunizierst selbstbewusst mit Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten.
• Für diese Position ist eine Ausbildung/ein Studium im Bereich Pädagogik/Kinderbetreuung von Vorteil.
• Du bist lebenslustig, dynamisch, und kannst sowohl allein als auch in einem internationalen Team arbeiten.
• Auch unter Druck bist du anpassungsfähig, flexibel, und bereit den Anforderungen des Jobs nachzukommen.
• Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

ÜBER DEN JOB

• Gestalte und leite ein spannendes, altersgerechtes Programm für Kinder von 3-12 Jahren, welches die Entwicklungsbedürfnisse abdeckt und voller magischer Momente ist.
• Du nimmst regelmäßig an Veranstaltungen teil, wie z.B. Teamtagen, Paraden oder abendlichen Partytänzen während der Kids Disco.
• Sorge dafür, dass unsere hohen Standards einschließlich der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien in der Kinderbetreuung eingehalten werden.
• Du stellst die Gäste in den Mittelpunkt, indem Du die Fragen der Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigten beantwortest, Probleme löst und Dich, wenn möglich, an die Wünsche der Gäste anpasst
